Subject: [SuSE Linux] RPM's for SuSE

A while ago I uploaded some RPM's created for my SuSE installation
here (I am running 6.0) onto ftp.suse.com (mainly stuff that is
missing in the SuSE dist or newer versions of packages). However, since
they never appeared in the contrib section there I now decided to
make them available on my ftp server. Check:
  ftp://ftp.gerstlauer.de/pub/andreas/linux/suse
(the server is in the US albeit the .de domain name...)

Currently there are only RPM's for SuSE 6.0 there. Expect more
to appear as soon as I upgrade to 6.1 -- although, most
of the packages should work with 6.1, too (let me know about
success stories). On the other hand, SuSE 6.1 might already
include some of them natively...

FYI, here's the list of packages:
exmh-2.0.2 EXMH mail program
jed-098.7 JED Editor
kxicq-0.3.1 KXicq is the KDE ICQ clone for Linux/Unix
laola-0.386 Perl5 Structured Storage interface
licq-0.60 ICQ clone. Includes a KDE version.
lsof-4.40 Lsof lists information about files opened by processes
mswordview-0.5.2	MSWord 8 binary file format -> HTML converter
sendmail-8.9.3 BSD sendmail
slrn-0.9.5.4 News reader.
tcd-2.2 CD player with a Curses and GTK+ interface
word2x-0.003 MS Word 6 Decoder
