Dinstall, the program the updates the archive, died partway through
the last two times it ran (once per day). Push mirroring is done
after dinstall finishes successfully. BTW, the web updates and mirroring
are also done after dinstall finishes (this was done to keep the load
down on master and keep the archive and web pages as synchronized as
much as possible.
