TeamLinux Extends National Presence with
Fourth Acquisition in Three Weeks
Professional services company expands national footprint, offers Linux
system administration training with acquisition of Three-Sixteen Technical
Services

Austin, Texas, April 26, 2000 - TeamLinux Corporation today announced the
acquisition of Austin- based Three-Sixteen Technical Services. TeamLinux
provides professional services and consultation to the growing open source
and Linux marketplace. TeamLinux has announced four acquisitions since its
launch in late March, enabling national coverage with a complete portfolio
of open source services.

"The Three-Sixteen acquisition strategically augments our ability to
address known gaps in the current open source and Linux support services.
This is the latest move in our aggressive national expansion and enhances
our ability to provide the highest quality consulting and professional
services," says Dan Maher, TeamLinux chairman and chief executive officer.

TeamLinux is expanding Three-Sixteen's successful training program
nationally to meet the growing demand for open source and Linux system
administration skills. Certified (Linux, RHCE, CNE, MCSE) engineers design
and teach TeamLinux classes. Three-Sixteen's employees, certified in Linux,
Microsoft products, Novell NetWare, and UNIX-based networks extend
TeanLinux's capabilities needed to provide comprehensive recommendations for
enterprise solutions.

Thomas Cameron, Three-Sixteen president since its 1996 inception, becomes a
principal in TeamLinux's Southwest region. He stresses that the company's
employees - who now work for TeamLinux - will continue consulting and
supporting existing customers throughout Texas as well as expanding
TeamLinux' national presence. Three-Sixteen's training professionals have
delivered system administration training to industry personnel representing
companies such as Dell, Motorola, and Compaq.

"Joining TeamLinux creates exciting new opportunities. TeamLinux' mission of
providing design, integration, and management solutions that leverage Linux
and other open source software parallels our own. Quite simply, our
philosophies are in lockstep: to partner with our customers to take the
headaches out of computing so they can get on with their core business,"
Cameron states.

TeamLinux provides national coverage through their regional centers of
expertise. The Western Region (Irvine, CA), serving the West Coast and
Pacific Northwest, has a focus on e-commerce and internet applications,
middleware, and firewall / information security. The Central Region (Dayton,
OH), serving the East and Midwest, has expertise in interoperability, office
suite applications and hardware / network configuration. The Southwest
Region (Austin, TX), covering the Southeast and Southwest, focuses on
training, web design and operation, and internet appliances including chip
design and embedded Linux. Each regional office houses consulting
professionals, interoperability labs and complete training centers.

Based in Austin, Texas, TeamLinux is a professional services company
offering consulting, design, integration, migration, training and support
services for many business segments, including: e-commerce, Internet-enabled
business to business, Computer Aided Design (CAD), Electronic Design
Automation (EDA), embedded systems and Internet appliance applications
enabled by open source and Linux software.
