LuteLinux Presents at Comdex/Fall 2000

COMDEX/Fall 2000 is the global IT marketplace where buyers, sellers and
influencers go to do business and make technology decisions. Already the
largest IT meeting place in the world, this falls expo will include the
Linux Business Expo under their Strategic IT Management category.

The Linux Business Expo, taking place November 13-17, in Las Vegas Nevada,
is a business-to-business event where prospective buyers can learn about
Linux, analyze options, compare products from competing vendors and decide
which solutions best fit their business computing environments.

As part of this falls Comdex event, Jay Daunheimer, President of LuteLinux
will be presenting 'Getting to the Desktop. Breaking Windows', Tuesday,
November 14th, 2:00-3:15. "The Linux operating system is a great success
in the server market, but how about using it on the desktop? As many
Linux enthusiasts already know, there are a countless number of benefits
to Linux, and yet it's still met with resistance in the market." says
Mr. Daunheimer. Why, and how can this be overcome? Does Linux need to
evolve, be reborn or just adapt? Mr. Daunheimer will answer these
questions and many more as he examines trends of the Linux industry.
