           Netscape Navigator, Communicator have more security hole that buffer overflow in parsing HTML. So, if you use them, you
           should update them. (And we deleted previously released versions for the same reason.) However you must NOT proceed to
           download if you are in any countries other than the 15 nations of the European Union, Australia, Norway, Czech Republic,
           Hungary, Poland, Japan, New Zealand and Switzerland. Thank you!
