All the relevant maintainers have been Bcc'ed. If any of the removals are invalid, feel free to (re)upload a newer version. This (#2 at least) is a one off thing, and to be honest, I find it hard to believe there is a package that has been completely static for 14+ months that really belongs in experimental.
