IBM and Trustix Extend their Partnership
IBM has selected Linux Systems Administration Solutions from Trustix 

OSLO; April 10, 2001 IBM, the leading global provider of IT solutions,
and Trustix, the leading independent software vendor of network
management solutions for Linux, announced today that they have entered
into a technology and marketing partnership that strengthens the
current cooperation between the two companies. Trustix is now
officially an IBM ISV Business Partner and will play an important role
in IBM s drive to market Linux solutions.

The agreement between IBM and Trustix includes cooperation on
technology and marketing, and the focus is to work together to provide
new integrated solutions for Internet and eBusiness for Linux.

In a first step, Trustix systems management solution will be included
in a Linux solutions offering marketed by IBM, Trustix and other
partners.

In a planned second step, IBM and Trustix will seek to jointly develop
new and integrated bundled-solutions based on software from Trustix,
and hardware and software from IBM.
