LINEO ESTABLISHES EDUCATION PARTNER PROGRAM

 Partner Program Offers Additional Embedded Linux Curriculum Resources

For Qualified Training Centers 

LINDON, Utah - June 18, 2001 - Lineo™, Inc. a leading innovator in embedded

creation of an education partner program that allows qualified training
centers to deliver embedded Linux® programming and real-time courses.
The new education partner program gives established training centers an
opportunity to expand their current educational curriculums with Lineo's
embedded Linux training programs.

Recently, Lineo Korea, Inc., a joint venture of Samsung Electronics, Samsung
Electro-Mechanics and Lineo, Inc., joined forces with Acetronics and LinuxOne
to implement Lineo's embedded Linux training programs in Korea.

"Partnering with Acetronics and LinuxOne allowed Lineo to bring its embedded
technology educational tools to Korean developers," said Byungjoo Kang,

Qualified training centers will receive Lineo courseware with labs, curriculum
