Xodiax Takes Advantage of n + 1's Experience with Linux

Xodiax Internet Data Center and n + 1, Inc., both of Louisville, have
formed a strategic alliance to provide a broader range of managed
technology services to small to medium sized businesses. The companies
have been working closely since February 2001 to provide Linux managed
services for customers.

Xodiax is a facilities based Internet services company providing highly
available, fault tolerant, and secure Internet data center services.
They focus on small to medium market businesses who need the full
services of a data center without the cost of owning one, including
co-location, web hosting, dedicated Internet connections and managed
services.

n + 1 is a software/systems engineering consulting firm specializing in
Linux and Open Source based solutions. They provide custom software
development, Linux system administration, and remote administration
services. Like Xodiax, n + 1 focuses on small to medium sized businesses.
They are headquartered at 3415 Bardstown Road.

Brian Schenkenfelder, President of n + 1, commented on the partnership
saying, " Our entire focus as n + 1 is on providing customers with a
competitive advantage and allowing them to focus on their core business,
not their IT needs. The use of the Linux platform and many Open Source
software applications facilitates this goal by reducing total cost of
ownership, yet increasing reliability. Combined with Xodiax's
state-of-the-art facilities and experience in Internet services, the
result is a truly powerful Linux managed services solution."

"We've found n + 1 to be the leader in Linux consulting in this area.
Their expertise in Open Source technologies is unsurpassed and we are
delighted to partner with them in delivering mission-critical managed
services to our clients," said Jim Clishem, President and CEO of Xodiax.
