LinuxMagic a division of Wizard Tower Technoservices Ltd, today announced
that Theresa Sturwold has been appointed as its Chief Executive Officer as
of August 10, 2001.

It is expected that Ms Sturwold will extend LinuxMagics’ presence further
into the IT community while concurrently driving the expansion of the
company’s internationally acclaimed embedded technology into new channels.

Previous CEO and President Michael Peddemors will be remaining on as Chief
Technical Officer.  Michael Peddemors is quoted as saying, " We are quite
excited that Theresa is joining our team, not only for her abilities and
connections in the IT industry, but she will also spearhead our new
partnering relationships for LinuxMagic R&D developments.  Although we
presently are the defacto Support House for Linux Services locally, under
Wizard IT Services, Theresa will drive LinuxMagic branding into a household
name and create more international awareness of LinuxMagic as the Linux
Support Service Company.

Theresa Sturwold brings 20 years experience in technology and marketing that
will greatly enhance Linux Magic’s Support And Services, while still
enabling the company to continue research and development of its’
proprietary security and other software developments. Ms. Sturwolds’ recent
contracts include: Project Management for the installation of a microwave
redundancy system for the AT&T Military Telecommunications Network in the
state of Hawaii, Consultation on the design and development of ASP models,
Marketing and development of business relationships for start-up companies.

Ms. Sturwold is quoted to say “The team at LinuxMagic have developed some
