AdminForce Remote LLC  and  CrafTech Inc. Reach Agreement

   Boulder, Colorado -- August 27, 2001 --  AdminForce Remote LLC announced
   today that a Representation Agreement has been reached with CrafTech Inc.
   of Media PA. CrafTech will have exclusive territorial rights in SE
   Pennsylvania for the sale and service of the AdminForce suite of
   Linux-based remote administration and security products. The
   representation agreement includes 1. AdminForce Remote Monitor® 2.
   AdminForce Powerwall® and 3. The AdminForce Remote Administration
   Service®.
   
   Charles Fleming Chairman and CEO of AdminForce Remote LLC said, "we have
   awarded this exclusive representation agreement to CrafTech because of
   the depth of experience they have in providing networking assistance and
   expert firewall protection for business, government and law enforcement
