Trustix and Reitan Invest Announce Completion of Trustix Round C

Reitan Invest is lead investor in Trustix round C of financing

London, August 30, 2001 - Trustix and Reitan Invest announced today the 
completion of Trustix Series C round of financing, with Reitan Invest as the 
lead investor.

Trustix has raised a total of NOK 30 million in its Series C round of financing 
from four investors who participated in the round. Lead investor in Trustix 
round C is Reitan Invest. Another new investor in Trustix round C is Gjensidige 
NOR. Delphi and Convexa Capital both made follow up investments in this round. 
Convexa Capital was lead investor in Trustix round B and Delphi has earlier 
participated in Trustix A and B rounds. Convexa Capital remains the largest 
shareholder in Trustix after the completion of Trustix round C.
