                  SuSE Linux System Administration

Pre-Requisite: Some Linux or Unix experience.
Course Goals: Designed with the future Linux System
Administrator and advanced home user in mind, the System Administration
course will take you from custom installations of SuSE Linux to the
mastery of the basic shell commands you will need to be a successful SuSE
Linux Administrator.

Availability: September 17th - 21st , 9am - 4pm

                  SuSE Linux Network Administration I (Intranet)

Pre-Requisite: System Administration I or similar
Course Goals: After completing SuSE Linux System Administration or having
similar knowledge, you will be given a thorough understanding of core
Linux networking architecture and management. Focus will be mainly given
to intranet networking for LANS/Subnets and networking services such as
TCP/IP, DNS, NIS, NFS, DHCP, and BSD style printing. An introduction to
basic security measures will be introduced in this course concerning the
use of INETD and SSH.

Availability: September 24th - 28th , 9am - 4pm
Cost: $2,500.00 US

                  SuSE Linux Network Administration II (Internet)

Pre-Requisite: Network Administration I or similar Course Goals: With this
course topics relating to live connectivity to the Internet are covered
in-depth. You will learn how to install, configure and deploy internet
service such as PPP, FTP, HTTPD (Apache), and SMTP (Sendmail). Security,
the most important aspect of a network, is covered in more detail with
attention being paid to Firewalling and prevention of DNS/IP spoofing,
internet worms and DOS attacks.

Availability: October 1st - 5th , 9am - 4pm
Cost: $2,500.00 US
