ViewletBuilder creates animated online demos of how software works. The files are light, creation is easy, and the demos look great. Cursors move around, menus are selected, dialog boxes appear, etc. all while text balloons and audio describe the actioin. It really give you the feeling you are watching a program in action, and is a great training, support and marketing tool. ViewletBuilder was created in Java, and the demos produced are java applets we call "Viewlets". Since playback is browser based, Viewlets represent a great way to show the great unwashed masses how cool Linux is. In fact, one of the most often watched Viewlets on our site is "how to install RedHat Linux". We suspect a lot of folks watch this Viewlet because they've heard of Linux, want to see what it looks like/what it does, but either don't want to go to the trouble of installing it or are a little uneasy about the process... System requirements: Pentium II 350 Mhz 64 Mb Ram (128+ Mb recommended) Linux2.x+ (tested on RedHat 7) + Java 1.3 16bit video card with 800x600 resolution or higher.
