Hi there,

I am glad to announce that I was able to extend my listing [1]
of EC projects supported within the IST-programm by another
OSS project called

   Open Robot Control Software

3 partners receive within 24 month 215'000.00 Euro
(193'000.00 USD) covering about 90% of the total 
project cost.

One technical objective within this project is:
   "... to produce a functional basis for general robot control software, 
    which is released under an open source software license, i.e., the (L)GPL
    (GNU (Lesser) General Public License)"
