Changes since previous release:
- Ugly macros cleaned from kernel-2.4.diff
- Add conditional reschedule to NONE and XOR transfers.
- build-initrd.sh modified to work with non-modular kernel.
- Fixed kernel 2.4 file backed loop page alloc error handling bug.

I have good news and bad news. Good news is that this version fixes a nasty
bug in stock 2.4 loop.c driver. For those people who hack kernel source, the
bug is called "broken grab_cache_page() return value check", and it only
affects file backed loops. Bad news is that same bug exists in kernel 2.4.15
sources in more than 20 places. OUCH!
