the last Release Candidate, RC3, is available now.  with more bug fixes
and a ton of improvements, this is the closest we will get to final
release before it actually happens on Dec 1.

the most significant changes are the new icons in place.  they look yummy,
thanks to jason spisak for them.  we've also added VESA and text-mode
installs to the boot floppy, and fixed the pcmcia bug that broke pcmcia
card driver loading on laptops.

- aic7xxx probing works!
- boot partition not marked active if RL boot loader not requested
- isapnp probing fails [due to missing /proc/bus/isapnp/devices file?]
- isapnp nics aren't detected ['NDC0201:NDC Plug & Play Ethernet Card']
- add realplayer document icon
- new usb insert/remove sounds
- fixed sis900 probe
- fixed maestro3 probe
- adaptec EZ CD won't burn cd's due to hashed out file names?

FIXED AND VERIFIED:
- lisa install [er=text] doesn't complete
- update windows installer
- update install floppy .exe images
