REDSonic Partners with ChinaSoft to Provide 
Embedded Linux Technology to China

SANTA ANA, Calif., - November 29, 2001 - REDSonic, Inc., a leader in
real-time Linux tools and solutions for the embedded market, today announced
its strategic alliance with ChinaSoft Network Technology Co. Ltd., the
largest software vendor in China. 

The two companies will work together to develop the embedded software and
digital product market in China. The companies will cooperate in software

ChinaSoft chose to partner with REDSonic because of ChinaSoft's strong
interest in the Linux and embedded Linux market and REDSonic's technological
