Problem description:
  This release is in general a package cleanup. The new release does not 
  restart the network on install, and we also have changed the position
  of the start/stop-links in the different runlevels.

Action:
  We recommend that all systems with this package installed are upgraded.
  Please note that if you do not need the functionality provided by this
  package, you may want to remove it from your system.
