Subject: Interest in Ratfor?

The FSF has asked me to find out if there is interest in Ratfor,
and especially if anyone is maintaining it, or wants to.

(g77 has, for over a year now, included a "hook" to invoke the Ratfor
preprocessor automatically when a file whose name has the suffix ".r"
is compiled, thanks to Emilio Lopes.  But the Ratfor preprocessor
itself is not distributed with g77, so this question is about that
preprocessor, which apparently is old, public-domain code.  That's
about the extent of my knowledge of this topic.  :)
