WebLog is a group of Web (and proxy) logfile parsing and manipulation
classes. With them, you can parse, combine, filter, resolve, and access
components of the URLs within, among other things. All of this comes in an
interface that is easy to use for the programmer.

Version 0.99 contains bugfixes, performance gains and a change in the module
naming scheme; see CHANGES.
