It means the Open Group end of the house.  Gilbert's still around at
Apple, and there's a substantial amount of user development as well.

Current sources are available by CVS from globegate.utm.edu, and
development is progressing primarily from volunteer work by various
developers, as well as the occasional massive contribution of large patch
files and tarballs (Gilbert uploaded a floppy driver before Thanksgiving,
for instance).  It's a rather curious arrangement, but it appears to be
working.  ;-)
