Dear Sir/Ms,

		it has come to my attention that you have
registered the domain name LINUXBIZ.COM (see below).

I would like to point out that this name, linux-biz, has been
in use world-wide since 30 Oct 1996 10:28:35 GMT, when the
creation of linux-biz@lege.com was first announced at
comp.os.linux.announce.

As you will see from it's home-page at
http://www.lege.com/linux-biz.html, the list has since been a
focus for much of the discussion around Linux in a Business
setting.

I therefore consider our use of the name to be first, and ask
you not to activeley use this domain-name for other purpouses
than those that we might agree is in harmony with the spirit
of the "Linux Business Discussion Group <linux-biz@lege.com>"
mailing-list.  Please stydy the archives for that!

We'd love to open up a discussion with you on how the
LINUXBIZ.COM domain should be used, please contact me so that I
can subscribe you to the mailing-list (only subscribers may
post), and then we can have an open discussion of this on the
list.  We are about 350 people world-wide, many from the various
Linux companies and companies using Linux in our businesses.
There is still many of us that have hanged on since the
beginning, 30 Oct 1996.

So, please write me (don't write to the list yet, as you are not
allowed to post before I register you there, which I will as
soon as you tell me which From: - address you will be using)
and tell me your From: - address!!!
