Version 1.7.100 of the tomsrtbt distribution has been uploaded to
http://www.toms.net/rb/.  This version adds setserial and dhcpcd,
and it may be the *only* release to include the full real dhcpcd,
which I will replace with a reduced-function hack at some point.

The other major change (since 1.7.0) (besides fixes) is that I put
all the network drivers into the kernel and pulled all the scsi
drivers out into modules.

It will also appear in MetaLab's system/recovery folder in due course.
