It is a bug fix/portability release of a Python extension, which
provides cross-platform
low-level text-mode user interaction facilities:
1. Output of text at an arbitrary location on the screen with various
colors, if supported.
2. Pseudographic "lines" and "boxes". Double lines are not supported and

probably not possible.
2. Character-wise user input, both keyboard and mouse.

Unices supported are:
Linux, Solaris, HPUX, AIX.

Fixed problems with building static version of that extension.

No changes to win32 version 0.1.0.
