Subject: Pliant programming language

Hi everybody,

I'm glad to present Pliant.
It took me quite a long time to design that language witch i hope you'll
find a bit more than a small improvement on any existing one.

It's main feature is meta programming witch allow to introduce new
features in the language through writting modules rather than defining a
new language, to write libraries that check and rewrite on the fly the
code that use them, and so on.

The current code generator is far from state of the art, the current
libraries are far for universal, and i now need help in order to achive
this.
