Subject: gnome-linuxconf 0.17 released

I released gnome-linuxconf 0.17.  There are no new features in this
release, it just compiles against the latest GNOME.  I have attempted
to make it also compile against GNOME 0.30 and against GNOME 0.20/Gtk 1.0
but I have not verified that this is the case, since there are no
features that users of gnome-linuxconf 0.13 would want.

You only need this if you are using the latest gnome and gnome-linuxconf
has quit working for you.
