TurboLinux 3.0.1 users can upgrade to Kernel 2.2.1 by upgrading via FTP at
ftp://ftp.pht.com/pub/turbolinux/updates/ It is strongly recommended that
you install all other updates available.

You can also, of course, use TurboPkg to update the kernel and other
packages via FTP..
