I'll do something that I'm going to no doubt regret in the fullness of time:
disclose my plans ahead of time.  

My plan is to make a JDK 1.2 porting status web page that describes where we're
at with porting, which of the JCK sections we've passed, and on what
platforms.  I think it strikes a fair balance between the amount of time I need
to spend updating it, how much information is useful to people to read, and
not disclosing full details about the JCK (which I'm not legally allowed to
do).  

Please don't pester me or the list with "when will it be available" type
questions (for either JDK or my status page).  I'll make it available as soon
as I can; my time has been rather scarce lately, but I am doing what I can to
make more of it available to complete things like the status page.
