Subject: Linux accounting / ERP project update

I contacted you a few weeks ago about the Linux Accounting Project, and
you were very good in giving me a mailing list to host it on - thanks.
(erp@lwn.net)

The project is split into distinct monthly milestones, so I thought it
might be a good idea to give you a monthly update to keep myself honest.

Well, it is the end of Feb now (almost), and we are on track with the
schedule.

The requirements spec has been hotly debated, and now approved and
frozen.

We have now moved onto the design phase, and there is some good material
up on the site now that is open for public review. We are proposing some
rather radical extensions to the standard internet HTTP protocols to
acheive our objectives.
