Because this new code broke support for some previously supported devices, the code was subsequently removed (and is _not_ in Generic #7) until further development can be done. In the meantime, I will continue to mirror the Generic releases with a modified kernel which includes the additional Kensington support code. To download the latest kernel with Kensington support added, see the "current work" section of the following web page: http://alpha.ece.ucsb.edu/~michael/mklinux/kensington.html If you prefer to compile your own kernel, the Kensington support code is available as a branch in the CVS sources. If you specify the "kensington" tag to the CVS update command, you should get the code corresponding to the latest Kensington code. If you run into any problems, please send me mail at michael@alpha.ece.ucsb.edu.
