Subject: UPDATE: HackPak now has a new "util-linux" package

The OpenLinux 1.3 "HackPak" upgrade directory now has a new "util-linux" RPM
package with updates that take care of things like NFS mounting problems
with HackPak'd systems.  There is also a new HackPak.README file that
reflects these changes.

Thanks (again!) to Andrew McRory for the work he's been putting into
maintaining this set.  If we could just clone the guy... :)
