Announce: Release of Scintilla 0.81 and Tide 0.81

Scintilla is a free source code editing component for Win32. As well 
as features found in standard text editing components, Scintilla
includes features especially useful when editing and debugging 
source code. These include support for syntax styling, error
indicators, code completion and call tips. 

This beta release includes minor bug fixes, performance improvements, 
and some small additional features over version 0.8. See the history 
page on the web site for a list of new features.

PythonWin build 124 now includes Scintilla support and includes a copy
of Scintilla version 0.8. PythonWin can use the newer version of 
Scintilla.DLL by copying it over the older version in the 
Python\PythonWin directory. Some of the new features in Scintilla are 
a result of experience integrating Scintilla into PythonWin.

The GTK+/X/Linux version should see some progress soon.

Scintilla and Tide come with complete C++ source code. 

The license for using Scintilla and Tide is similar to that of Python 
containing very few restrictions, and allowing use in any free project
or commercial product.
