That means about three weeks before any possible driver updates, and likely that long before I can respond to any messages. I've put the latest drivers version on ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers/test/3c59x.c This driver version supports a few new chip PCI IDs, and attempts to prevent Cyclone cards from being forced to an invalid media type. Known issues remaining. Built-in Laptop implementation (3c555?) of the Cyclone reportedly cannot read the EEPROM. A reported unreliability with the Vortex chip that I've been unable to track down (everyone was happy with 0.49, but the near-identical code in 0.99+ causes problems). Since I'll be gone, please agressively answer questions, test code and terminate list spammers ;->. If the new version works for everyone, please inform Alan Cox that it's time for the version number to be bumped to 1.00 and the driver to be put in the kernel.
