Greetings!

Here is the 4th issue of Midgard Weekly Summary, created
for helping people interested in The Midgard Project to
keep up with latest developments.

-Midgard FAQ is out!
 Jonni Lehtiranta, The Midgard Project's long time member
 and newly-appointed FAQ maintainer posted his first version
 (v. 0.0.0) of the Midgard FAQ to Midgard's mailing list on
 Saturday, June 12th.

 Jukka Zitting wrote a new version of the FAQ, correcting
 some errors resulting from questions concerning old versions
 of Midgard and creating a more usable indexing for the listing.
 This will be the FAQ format we will propably be using in the
 future, altough in a more Midgardized fashion.

 Hopefully these new developments will be the beginning of
 a new, more user-friendly era for Midgard. If you are

-Midgard 1.0.3 in CVS
 The latest stable release of Midgard, version 1.0.3 is
 now in the CVS. This will not be released officially in the
 Midgard site as it contains many troublesome modifications
 to Midgard's database tables (and so could break many older
 sites without proper installation), and 1.1 is not that
 far anyway. But to those that still want to the on the cutting
 edge, its there.

-New development mailing list
 Jukka is putting a new development mailing list up for
 Midgard. The plan is to automate many development-oriented
 announcements to be delivered through it, like notifications
 of the CVS uploads and changes in current process status. The
 main Midgard list will still work as the discussion channel,
 though.

That for now, lots of new stuff coming up - hopefully before
the next MWS.
