Bleeding Edge will complement 32BitsOnline Magazine's content by
providing a source and forum for open source development and
information exchange. 




VANCOUVER, BC - June 17, 1999 - Medullas Publishing Company, parent
company of 32BitsOnline Magazine (http://www.32bitsonline.com/) and
Linux Applications (http://www.linuxapps.com/) today announced that it
has acquired Bleeding Edge Magazine (http://www.gcs.bc.ca/bem/).

Under the term of the agreement, Bleeding Edge will join 32BitsOnline
Magazine as its news information source for software development.

"32BitsOnline Magazine is extremely excited to join forces with
Bleeding Edge Magazine," said Ronny Ko, Editor and Publisher,
32BitsOnline Magazine. "Bleeding Edge Magazine contributes to the
founding vision that there are alternative to Windows" he added.

Like 32BitsOnline, Bleeding Edge will continue to centrally focus on
developing open source application for Linux. In addition to
application development, Bleeding Edge will also focus in delivering
articles on gaming development.

"Our vision is to create a magazine for developers - a forum where open
source developers can exchange ideas and experiences," said Derek
Barber, site maintainer at Bleeding Edge. "By combining forces with
