Subject: Updated Heartbeat code with PPP/UDP heartbeat code (version 0.3.2)

Folks,

I've put together a version of the heartbeat code which incorporates the
recently-discussed PPP/UDP bidirectional ring code.

This version contains three heartbeat media:
	"raw" serial lines (bidirectional ring)
	UDP/IP broadcasts
	PPP/UDP bidirectional ring

You can use any and all of these on the same cluster (though you
probably don't have enough serial ports for both kinds of serial rings
at the same time).

Please download it from the usual place, and give it a shot.
