Subject: Heartbeat version 0.4.1

Heartbeat version 0.4.1 has now been released.  It includes several bug fixes,
(including the fix for the nasty and embarassing memory leak).  It has
improvements in the heartbeat messaging protocol.

It also includes code by Volker Wiegand for monitoring and controlling heartbeat
via /proc.  This piece of code is very cool, but mainly for the brave or those
who like to read code.  Look for it to be usable in 0.4.2.
