Please consider submitting papers for the Tcl2K conference. It is an
excellent opportunity to share ideas and gain new insights into your
own work, as well as seeing what other people are working on.

One of the biggest problems that many conferences face is the self-editing
of potential authors, feeling that their work would not be of interest to
the larger community. One of the best advantages of the Tcl community is
its large diversity - so if you are working on something interesting write a
paper and let the world know! You might find that there are more people
out there, working on the same things as you, than you thought.

A new site for registering custom Tcl Object Types. We would encourage
any Tcl/Tk developers that are producing software utilizing custom
object types to go ahead and register - even if you don't anticipate
releasing your software to avoid any future conflicts.
