Cyber Station of Victoria Today Announces the Creation of Software
         Development Company CSV Technologies Inc.


September 10, 1999, Victoria, British Columbia Canada Cyber Station of
Victoria Ltd. Today announces is has incorporated CSV Technologies Inc.
This development marks the next step in the company's expansion to its
internet cafe business to include software development.

PC software applications continue to proliferate the computing market.
While there are many reference books and electronic help systems available,
CSV Technologies Inc. has identified several areas where products are
needed to assist users in learning and  continued use of those
applications.  Many applications which are generally  emerging as
standards, experiencing rapid growth are not yet sufficiently serviced. CSV
Technologies Inc has products under development for the Linux operating
system; Hyper Text Mark up Language (HTML) and Virtual Reality Modeling
Language (VRML ).The company will release products for Linux systems in
late September with an HTML product to follow in November.

The Company also announced today that Dave Davies has been appointed
Director of Marketing and Strategic Business Development.  Mr. Davies has
just returned from the Linux  World Exposition  held in San Jose,
California where he entered into discussions with many of the leading
hardware and software companies in the Linux community.
Developer\Partnership agreements will be announced in the near future.
