Subject: HA-HOWTO maintainer changed

Hi,

I just wanted to inform you that Volker Wiegand took over the maintenance
of the HA HOWTO. It simply makes no sense for me to sit on the doc while
not actually working on it. Volker is highly experienced in the HA arena,
and I believe he is well suited to take over.

That does not mean I am quitting from HA - I'll keep reading the mailing
list whenever my time permits - whatever value this might be :-)
