Subject: Heartbeat release 0.4.3 development closing Tuesday night

Hi,

I'm going to close off development of version 0.4.3 of heartbeat on Tuesday
night (1999/09/14), and spend Wednesday testing and putting the final touches on
0.4.3 for release Wednesday night (probably late).

Documentation updates will be accepted Wednesday, until minutes before release. 
Code changes are out of luck after I go to bed on Tuesday night :-)

This will include lots of minor fixes and a few moderate sized ones.

Unfortunately, since I haven't heard from the developers on these features in a
while, I don't think this will include packet authentication or updated /proc/ha
code.

If they don't make 0.4.3, they'll be gladly accepted for 0.4.4 (which could
happen at any time!).
