Subject: [rtl] CALL for contributions to Real Time Linux Workshop

Dear real time linux community,

As you know already from some announcement, Nicholas McGuire
and I organize an international Real Time Linux Workshop,
13/14. December 1999 in Vienna, Austria, (informations in
http://www.thinkingnerds.com/projects/rtl-ws/rtl-ws.html)
with its two main goals, the presentation of real time linux
to a more general and industrial audience, and the idea of
unifying and defining rtl standards. For the first part we
will prepare and present

- a CD to make RTL available to rtl/linux-newbies,
  with some documentation on rtl
- running applications on some PCs
- oral presentations

For this sake we URGENTLY and FORCIBLY request you to submit
papers/project descriptions to be published in printed and
electronic form, AND PROPOSITIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS to be
held in Vienna. We would like to address especially the authors
of RTL and RTAI, because IourHO a cooperation would give rtl
a chance to develop and prosper.

As we understood, there is interest to attend such a workshop,
but there are financial constraints. If you are willing to
come to Vienna for this workshop in order to give a presentation,
but you cannot meet the financial boundary conditions given
by your bank account, do not hesitate to cantact us. We will
find a solution to make you come by some sponsering.
