   In Linux, a fervent wave on "Free Software" has been uprising
   recently, which enhances more and more business firms willing to join
   the Public Licensing of Free Software. ARPHIC TECHNOLOGY is the first
   famous font developing company which declaim to support the Linux's
   platform (support in Red Hat Linux, Open Linux, Power Linux and Linux
   CLE Chinese Character elements), and recently 4 typefaces of True Type
   Fonts has been released as Free Software, and its Public License (PL:
   Public License) is published, through the condition subsequent under
   the provisions of licensing, that vitalizes the operation of Free
   Software.
   
   The 4 typefaces released by ARPHIC TECHNOLOGY this time includes True
   Type Fonts such as "AR PL Mingti2L Big 5, "AR PL Kaitim Big 5" (Big-5
   character set), "AR SungtiL GB", "AR PL KaitiM GB" (GB character set),
   etc., which provides the right to copy, distribute and modify, any
   media could be used unlimitedly to copy and distribute the copies of
   these 4 fonts as long as it is within the scope mentioned in the
   License, it mainly aimed to provide broader dimension for the users in
   the application of fonts; and the Public License of ARPHIC
   TECHNOLOGY's 4 fonts enables enterprises or individual users to
   generate fonts at their own purpose; This new undertaking of ARPHIC
   TECHNOLOGY in the font has overturned the operational structure of the
   software makers, which even gained Linux high appraisal from its
   users.
   
   From the font product introduced by ARPHIC TECHNOLOGY this time, One
   could easily find the effort and cautious of ARPHIC TECHNOLOGY in its
   standard of font research and its product development as usual, as
   well as its recognition to GNU GPL (General Public License), and
   determination for joint development, particularly the support in the
   designing of Red Hat Linux, Open Linux, Power Linux and Linux CLE
   Chinese Character elements, which enables better understanding of the
