Press Release ** Definite Linux is the first distribution to ship a kernel with ** IPSEC support included. Definite Linux users will, in the next few days, be receiving a new Applications CD which, as well as including hundreds of great applications and games, includes the latest kernel release (2.2.13) with a few extras added. The Applications CD now includes the source release of the 2.2.13 kernel with the International Crytpo patches applied and the new FreeS/WAN 1.1 IPSEC implementation included as well. On the hardware front, we have included support for the DPT SmartRAID V I2O RAID controller. As a bonus for all Definite Linux users the Applications CD includes all available errata updates including security fixes for lpr, and pam and Netscape 4.7. KDE 1.1.2 is included as well with qt-2.0 for those who prefer KDE as their GUI environment. The inclusion of all available errata on the CD will save users over 130MB of downloads.
