Subject: Tritonus version 0.2 prerelease available

Hi,

there is some movement on the tritonus frontier.
A release 0.2 is planned for end of this year. It will contain the
following new features:
- JavaSound 0.9 interface
- support for the Enlightment Sound Daemon (esd)
- Clips
- volume control
- own implementation of file handling stuff

Now available is a prerelease labeled 0.1.80.
Known problems with this version include:
- hangs/crashes during playback using the NAS
- volumne control not tested (nas) / not implemented (esd)
- InputStreamProviders handle only the most basic contructs
- Clips not implemented
- not all functions switched to JS 0.9 API
- audio file writing not implemented
- unimplemented informational functions

This release can be downloaded from the usal page:
