PegaSoft is pleased to announce the release of System Manager in a Box
(SMiaB) v1.0.  A multipurpose system administration tool, SMiaB offers
tuning suggestions, locates configuration problems, monitors system
activity and provides job control.  Using artificial intelligence
techniques, SMiaB can perform more than 2000 system checks, reporting
not only which files have problems, but which systems are affected and
why.

Version 1.0 has been tested for Caldera 2.2, Mandrake 6.0, Red Hat 6.0,
S.u.S.E. 5.3, S.u.S.E. 6.1 and Slackware 4.0. The program supports HTML
and CGI, and is expandable through simple plug-ins.

System Manager in a Box, screen shots, and a guided tour are available

software is $35 US shareware for personal use, and $249 for the
registered business package (including CD-ROM, illustrated manual, and
customer support).
