A new version of the profiling module for 2.3.x is available for download from

http://oss.sgi.com/projects/kernprof/

New in this release are call trace sampling (extends PC sampling) and
sampling triggered by the performance monitoring counters (MP P6-family
systems only for now).  More details can be found at the above URL.
