Easy Information Technology is proud to announce the Release Date of 

           easySamba version 1.0

Release date is May 2nd 2000. 

easySamba is a graphical Samba installer and administrator tool which
enables the Linux user to install,
configure and run Samba in a few minutes on his system.  

Tests showed that to install and setup a Linux Workstation as client in
a Microsoft Network takes about 6 Minutes. To
setup a Windows NT server replacement took ca 8 Minutes.

easySamba is fully selfcontained; it does not require any additional
libraries or programs
to be present. It comes with a comprehensive manual.

easySamba has been tested on easyLinux, SUsE, Red Hat and Debian. It is
expected to run on most major Linux Distributions.
