LINUX NETWORX NAMES STEPHEN HILL VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

	SANDY, UTAH, APRIL 12, 2000 - Linux NetworX Inc., a recently-formed
provider of large-scale clustered computer solutions for Internet, industry
and research fields, named Stephen Hill vice president of business
development. As an attorney in Salt Lake City, Hill acted as one of the
lead council for Utah-based Caldera Systems, Inc. in its antitrust lawsuit
win over Microsoft Corp. 

	"Linux NetworX needed someone with a solid understanding of today's
high-technology market to lead business development - Stephen not only
knows the industry, but has valuable experience to back it up," said Glen
Lowry president and CEO of Linux NetworX. "Stephen is an example of the
high-caliber talent that Linux NetworX is compiling for its upper
management." 

	In the coming months, Linux NetworX will continue hiring additional
team members like Hill to boost the company's knowledge and expertise as it
gathers investment funding and forms strategic business partnerships.

	As vice president of business development, Hill will manage future
company growth and legal affairs for Linux NetworX.  His primary focus will
involve helping the company develop business partnerships and to gather
investment funding. As a former attorney at Snow, Christensen and Martineau
in Salt Lake City, Hill focused on the high-technology industry for more
than 10 of his 23-years with the law firm. Hill was instrumental in
negotiating Caldera's successful settlement with Microsoft.
